Surah As-Saffat opens with an oath by the angels arranged in ranks, affirming divine order. It systematically refutes polytheism by recounting the stories of Noah, Abraham, Moses, Elijah, Jonah, and other prophets. The Surah vividly describes the rewards of the righteous and punishments of deniers, culminating in Allah's absolute sovereignty.
Angels and prophets work in perfect divine order. False deities cannot create or benefit. Eternal outcomes reflect earthly choices.
The Prophet (PBUH) recommended its recitation for protection from shirk. Scholars note its effectiveness in strengthening aqeedah (creed) through prophetic narratives.
- 'When he reached the age to strive, his father said: O my son...' (Abraham's sacrifice)
There is none among us except he has a known position.'
Exalted is your Lord, the Lord of Honor, above what they describe.'
Divine order governs creation. Sacrifice proves true faith. Angels constantly serve Allah's will.
