Meaning: The Letter Qaf
Total Ayahs: 45
Place of Revelation: Mecca
Surah Qaf affirms the Resurrection and refutes the disbelievers' denial of the afterlife. It presents signs of Allah’s power in creation and describes the scenes of Judgment Day.
Resurrection is a reality. Every soul will be held accountable for its deeds.
The Prophet (PBUH) often recited it in Friday prayers (Bukhari, Muslim). It is recommended for reflection on death and the Hereafter.
- 'And We have already created man and know what his soul whispers...'
- 'You were in neglect of this, so We have removed your cover...'
Life after death is certain. Human beings are accountable for their actions.
